| I love Anjou's Yoga class, but I have to admit when she does the last exercise of the class...the relaxation exercise I sometimes get distracted. Like when she's directing us to relax different parts of our body. I'm ok with "relax your toes, your ankles your calves"...but when she gets to "relax your liver"...my mind starts to wonder, where in my body is my liver? An how on earth am I supposed to relax it? Then my mind goes back to all those anatomy books I've seen over the course of my life. and I get distracted. I always tell myself I'm going to look it up when I get home, but then I go out to eat w/ Koley and by the time I get home I've totally forgotten all about "my liver". Well now that I was trying to think of something to write on my blog, this very important question popped into my odd brain... below for all those who don't remember where their liver is...there's a link below. Voila! http://lomalindahealth.org/common/legacy/llumc/transplant/images/liver-abdomen.jpg Now I'll have no excuse for getting distracted during the relaxation phase of the class...for a little while at least. Wishing you, much love and a good life, y_sabi |

| Don't get me wrong. I love the English language but English is messed up. Having long ago accepted the fact that there really are no spelling rules in English...that is there are so many exceptions the rules can't really be depended upon... I come across this...courtesy of a word nerd radio morning show host on WAY-fm/South Florida.. Read carefully the definitions of the following word of the day and tell me if you don't agree that English is like a rebellious child refusing to abide by the rules. Word of the day: Bimonthly |

| Word of the day: tweedler
Accidentally found by my non tweedler husband as he was trying to do his xcel homework. BTW not found in webster's or dictionary.com, but still on enough references on the internet I think it should be added. IMHO. ; )

Six are in the blog. Here's one that looks like it has a bunch of math symbols in the background:
